HALLOWEEN RECAP, LAST CALL FOR VETERAN'S DAY REQUEST & RESIDENT REFERRAL PROGRAM
November 7, 2020
Dear Terraces families and friends-
First of all, I want to let you know what fun your loved ones had on Halloween. We held a concert featuring Jessie & Dana and a costume party. We got nothing but positive feedback on what a fun day it was! Believe me, when we hit a home run like that, we are almost as happy as the residents! Bringing joy to their lives is part of our mission and when we succeed in that, it lifts us all.
This is last call for you to send in videos thanking your loved ones (or any veteran) for their service and sacrifice. We are planning a Veteran’s Day program and the videos will be a big part of it. So far, the response has been very light. Please, please, please let your loved ones know how much you appreciate their service to our country! As a team, we’ll be making our own video for them. We’re calling all adult children, grandkids and great grandkids to participate. All videos should be sent BY TEXT ONLY to Akira at 626-354-5976. If you’d rather send a written letter, you may do so by email to me.
As I mentioned recently, many of our new residents come from referrals by families or residents already living at The Terraces. I want to remind you that we offer a $1000 credit for any referred person who becomes a resident at The Terraces. I say, why not make an old friend a new neighbor! Those relationships help make our Terraces village even more of a family!
Finally, if you and your loved one are having a positive experience of The Terraces, please let us know how we’re doing with a Yelp review. You can recognize the community as a whole or an individual team member or director who has made a difference. Just click on the link below and share it with the world! And, be sure to check out our Facebook page, where you'll find all sorts of photos and videos of your loved ones enjoying the Terraces life!
As always, let us know if there’s anything we can do to help. It is our pleasure and honor to serve you!
Until next week,
Community Relations Director
