At the Terraces, residents simplify their personal business by paying a reasonable, comprehensive monthly fee that covers:

• Spacious accommodations in a private studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and oversize bathroom
• All utilities; water, electricity, heating, and air-conditioning
• 24 hour emergency response system in every apartment
• Three meals per day in a lovely dining room, plus snacks as desired
• Weekly housekeeping and bed/bath linen service
• Scheduled transportation service to shopping areas, houses of worship, cultural events, and    medical appointments
• The use of all community facilities which include:

- a private kitchen and dining room for entertaining family and friends - lovely seating areas with fireplaces - a library with a fireplace - game room - computer center - art studio - laundry room - fitness center - private spas and assisted bathing rooms

• Participation, as desired, in many planned entertainment events and activities
• Wellness services, including blood pressure checks, screenings, and health seminars
• Convenient, free parking for guests
• Grounds keeping and building maintenance

All outside services and therapies are billed by the providers to the residents or their insurance companies. Payment by Medicare, HMO’s and private insurance companies are according to the terms of the individual plans. Our Director of Health Services can assist residents in coordinating health-related outside services.
