Rental Assistance
The Terraces offers a range of apartments to choose from, from spacious studios to bedrooms and a few larger 2 bedroom 2 bath units. Each unit is specifically priced given location and view. Sometimes you may find that the unit of your choices is unavailable. We provide a waitlist program that places current residents at the top for their preferred apartment.
Our base monthly fee includes the following services and ammenities and are included in your fee:
Other Available Services
In addition to the basic and assisted services provided by Terraces staff, there are many outside services available through direct billing. They can include:
All outside services and therapies are billed by the providers to the residents or their insurance companies. Payment by Medicare, HMO's and private insurance companies are according to the terms of the individual plans. Our Director of Health Services can assist residents in coordinating health-related outside services.
Rental Assistance
The Terraces at Park Marino reserves a number of apartments for residents who qualify for assistance through a Los Angeles County housing program. Residents of these apartments have reduced rental fees as long as their income remains below the state-mandated level. Qualification for the housing assistant program is rigorous and the application process can take several weeks, requiring active participation of the resident (or the resident's family) and The Terraces' community representative.
The program affects apartment rental rates only and does not reduce fees for food, activities or care services. Contact our community representative for more information.
