Residents may choose studio and one-bedroom apartments, as well as a smaller number of two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites. We encourage new residents to bring their own furnishings and possessions so that their new home at The Terraces is immediately comfortable to them. We offer the services of a moving consultant who can help you consolidate and choose which special things to bring. We also offer temporary furnishings to residents who need additional time to organize their moves.

Many units have beautiful views that extend to the San Gabriel Mountains and across the Eaton Canyon arroyo. Residents control the level of air-conditioning and heating in their rooms. All units are carpeted, have a spacious, handicapped-access bathroom and come with a kitchenette perfect for the occasional breakfast-in-pajamas or afternoon pot of tea.
