The Terraces is located at the Park Marino campus in Pasadena, California at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Altadena Drive, just minutes from the 210 Foothill Freeway.

Pasadena is served by the 110 Pasadena Freeway from downtown Los Angeles. The 210 Foothill Freeway and the 134 Ventura Freeway connect the City to the San Gabriel Valley to the east and the remainder of the San Gabriel Valley and the San Fernando Valley to the west.

Air travelers have easy access to the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport and the Los Angeles International Airport via freeways and shuttle transportation.

The Gold Line light rail system links local travelers to points in Pasadena as well as to downtown Los Angeles where they can connect to numerous greater Los Angeles locations.
