At the Terraces, residents
live in a desirable neighborhood, close
to restaurants and shops, yet secluded
from noise and traffic. Their surroundings
are lovely and safe, a source of pride
for them and their families. Residents
have their cherished furniture and personal
possessions around them, yet are free
from the worries of home maintenance.
Their small pets are welcome.
The first and second floors
of our three story building are classified
as non-ambulatory and as such, can accommodate
residents using walkers or wheelchairs.
Each apartment features a
spacious private bathroom, as well as
a kitchenette. All units come furnished
with wall-to-wall carpeting and window
coverings.
The City of Pasadena
A vital community, Pasadena
has the cultural, educational and recreational
elements of a large city, yet retains
a small town flavor in its distinctive
neighborhoods.
Home to the renowned California
Institute of Technology and NASA’s
Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena also
is recognized worldwide for its New Year’s
Day Rose Parade and Rose Bowl
Football Game.
Cultural institutions such
as the Norton Simon Museum, Huntington
Library and Pasadena Playhouse are fine
examples of the many opportunities for
fulfilling leisure time activity.
Tree lined neighborhoods
of stately mansions, historic craftsman
homes and restored bungalows blend well
with mid-century homes, condominiums and
apartments, and contemporary dwellings
and office buildings.
Pasadena’s shopping
and dining districts are pedestrian friendly.
Numerous shops lining South Lake Avenue
offer taste and choice to shoppers who
stroll from place to place. The revitalized
Old Town area is a vibrant mélange
of shops and restaurants where city dwellers
of all ages throng the streets. Paseo
Colorado, a unique urban village, features
shopping, dining and entertainment as
well as luxury apartments.
Nature lovers enjoy the City’s
many parks, the Eaton Canyon Nature Center
located just minutes from the Terraces,
and the historic Arroyo Seco. Numerous
golf courses are located in and around
the City.
Pasadena, a city of
diversity, history and culture, transcends
generations in its appeal.
