The Residence
At the Terraces, residents live in a desirable neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops, yet secluded from noise and traffic. Their surroundings are lovely and safe, a source of pride for them and their families. Residents have their cherished furniture and personal possessions around them, yet are free from the worries of home maintenance. Their small pets are welcome. The first and second floors of our three story building are classified as non-ambulatory and as such, can accommodate residents using walkers or wheelchairs.
Each apartment features a spacious private bathroom, as well as a kitchenette. All units come furnished with wall-to-wall carpeting and window coverings.
The City of Pasadena
A vital community, Pasadena has the cultural, educational and recreational elements of a large city, yet retains a small town flavor in its distinctive neighborhoods. Home to the renowned California Institute of Technology and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena also is recognized worldwide for its New Year's Day Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Football Game.
Cultural institutions such as the Norton Simon Museum, Huntington Library and Pasadena Playhouse are fine examples of the many opportunities for fulfilling leisure time activity.
Tree lined neighborhoods of stately mansions, historic craftsman homes and restored bungalows blend well with mid-century homes, condominiums and apartments, and contemporary dwellings and office buildings.
Pasadena's shopping and dining districts are pedestrian friendly. Numerous shops lining South Lake Avenue offer taste and choice to shoppers who stroll from place to place.
